As part of a client brief, I played a part in crafting the visual identity for Journ, a local cycling brand. The project involved developing a logo, typography, colour palette, and a range of branded materials including jersey designs, musettes, and social media graphics.

The design captures the spirit of cycling culture while reflecting the brand's emphasis on community. The result is a vibrant, modern identity built for serious cyclists, those who value both performance and style.

I created a series of illustrations that capture the essence of the brand, featuring arrows, bicycles, and cycling motifs.

These small illustrations and icons are scattered across products and apparel, giving the brand a friendly, approachable feel.

Vibrant colours run throughout the brand, focusing on bright, bold hues that evoke a sense of energy and excitement. The typography is clean and modern, using a sans-serif font that prioritises clarity and ease of reading.

The overall identity feels everyday and accessible, designed for all cyclists rather than a niche audience. This sensibility carries through in the laid-back icons and illustrations woven across the apparel.
